机泵标准介绍

据不完全统（tǒng）计，现有压缩机、风机、汽轮机、燃气轮机、制冷机（jī）、膨胀机等（děng）“机类”标准750~800个；“泵”类标准860多个；“离心机”标准60多个；“密（mì）封”标准230多个，总计标准数量在2000个（gè）以上。上述统（tǒng）计仅局限于中国国家标准、行业标准，国际ISO标准以及美（měi）国、英（yīng）国、日本（běn）、德国、法国等国的*标准和二个美国行业标准（机械工程师协会标准和美国石（shí）油协会标准（zhǔn））。各级地方标准和（hé）企业标准以及（jí）其他国家的各类标准（zhǔn）则未包括在内。
标（biāo）准所规定的内（nèi）容（róng）非常广泛，有机泵（bèng）产（chǎn）品的基本型式与参数、性能、名（míng）词术语、标记、评价、尺寸、通（tōng）用技术条件、试验方法、施工规程、验收规范、测量方法、等级划分等等，但大体可以归纳（nà）为设计、制造、安装验收三个（gè）方面。也有些是机泵某些部件如阀片、铸（zhù）件、联（lián）轴节的标（biāo）准或某些性能的规定，如有关振（zhèn）动、噪声、润滑（huá）的标准等（děng）等。
标准所牵涉的产品种类也非常多，以泵为例，有离（lí）心泵、计量（liàng）泵、螺杆泵、往复泵、水（shuǐ）轮泵、潜水泵、油（yóu）泵、清水泵、试压泵、旋涡泵、低温泵、真空泵、罗茨泵（bèng）、分（fèn）子泵（bèng）、齿轮泵、泥浆泵、耐腐蚀泵、深井泵、水（shuǐ）环泵、混流（liú）泵、轴流泵、锅炉给水泵、液下泵、注水泵、化工流程泵、不堵式泵、无泄漏泵、塑料泵、消（xiāo）防泵等等，还有很多。其名称有些是按泵的常规分类方法划分的如叶片泵、容积泵等，有（yǒu）些则是按用（yòng）途划分的（de）如污水泵、卫生泵等，有些名称则比较随意如扩散泵、液氮泵等。只要有此类产品的生产，有制定标准的需求，通过一定的申请、批准手续就可能产生一（yī）个新的标（biāo）准，但有时内容也有相当的交叉（chā）、重（chóng）复。就国内和国外的标准而言，则国内的标准数量多（duō）于国外的标准。总的来说，像离心泵这样应用广（guǎng）泛，产品生产历史长久的泵类标准（zhǔn）比较多（离心泵相关标准的总数达到100多个），而像无泄（xiè）漏泵这种迅速发展起来的新型泵（bèng）类标准（zhǔn）则比较少。无泄漏泵目前可查到的标准共有7项，其中国（guó）外3项，国内4项，分别为：

压（yā）缩机类的标准包括压缩机（jī）、风机、汽轮机、燃气轮机、制冷（lěng）机等的标准，
其大体数量如表1 所示。从（cóng）表1可看出国内标准数（shù）量明显多于（yú）国（guó）外标准（zhǔn）数。

API，是美（měi）国石油协会(American Petroleum Institute)的简称。美国石油协会（huì）是早也是成功的制定标准的商（shāng）会之一（yī），从1924年制定第一个标（biāo）准开始，至今维持着500项左右标准的（de）修（xiū）订、更（gèng）新，其内容覆盖整个石（shí）油和天然（rán）气工业，为石油工业的安全生产、设计、制（zhì）造、施工和安装提供了技术（shù）保障，并获得了（le）巨大的经济利益。API的标准（zhǔn）包括防腐和材料、检验、压力容器和储罐、电器、换热器、管道、泄压系统、仪表及控制、阀（fá）门、钻探设备、油气测量标准等，其（qí）中机械设（shè）备方面的标准主要是机（jī）泵标准。API机（jī）泵标准是我国化工、石油和石化行业重要（yào）的参考标准。现将API有关机泵标准（zhǔn）列于表2。
